Donation Requests

• All donation requests must include all of the following information: Requesting agency, name of organization to benefit from donation (if different than the agency requesting donation), name of contact person, contact phone number, address, email address, tax identification number, name and date of event donation is requested for, and date donation must be received.
• The requesting agency may only request donations for a fund- or morale-raising event that benefits a charitable organization.
• The requesting agency or the location of the event must be within 60 miles of Clear Channel Stadium at Lancaster, CA.
• Ticket donations may not be auctioned off individually. They may be awarded as a raffle prize, or included in a prize package that can be auctioned.

Please note that all donations are subject to the discretion of the Lancaster JetHawks.
