Hangar Heroes Essay Contest

The 2010 season will mark the 15th anniversary of professional baseball in the Antelope Valley and to celebrate the Lancaster JetHawks are honoring heroes all throughout the Antelope Valley who helped make their organization so successful. To help track down all these heroes KB is asking kids 12 and under to write a 200-300 word essay explaining who they think should be honored for being a hero in their lives. Whoever KB picks will be honored at the Hangar Heroes Celebration Day on March 20th and receive a Family Fun Pack to the first friday night fireworks night.

Essays need to be submitted by March 18th to be eligible to win and kids need parents permission before nominating their hero. Kids also need to fill out all fields to be eligible.
